    The company starts providing consulting services (currently its solution service business) and engineering services (currently its engineering service business) to large manufacturing companies.

    The head office is relocated to Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo.

2007

  • April

    The Technology Center opens in Nakano-ku, Tokyo for the training of engineers.

2009

  • September

    The head office is relocated to Nakano-ku, Tokyo and integrates with the Technology Center.

2012

  • September

    The company starts providing its contracted development and simulation consulting services (currently its solution service business) using MATLAB/Simulink.

2013

  • January

    The company starts providing its CAE services (currently its solution service business) involving contracted development and optimization of structural analysis and fluid analysis models.

2014

  • September

    The company signs a partnership contract with Dassault Systèmes K.K.

2015

  • February

    The head office is relocated to Koto-ku, Tokyo.

  • April

    The company starts offering PT DBS solution packages (currently its solution service business), an originally systematized design processing service, developed through its design reform projects with manufacturing companies.

    The company starts providing its R&D services (currently its solution service business), mainly concerning joint R&D projects with manufacturing companies and contracted development projects entrusted by them, utilizing its state-of-the-art technology.

2016

    The company starts offering its consulting and solution services and engineering services in the form of two separate and independent business units.

    The company is assigned by Dassault Systèmes K.K. the right to sell the Abaqus academic suite of products to academic and research institutions.

2017

    The company forms an operational partnership with Keihin Corporation (currently Hitachi Astemo, Ltd.) in design and development and starts providing its project services (currently its solution service business).

    The company launches its in-house product development business and starts selling eOneBook dual-screen e-manga reader, using crowdfunding.

2018

    The company signs a product purchase/sale contract with Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. and starts selling eOneBook at TSUTAYA BOOKS.

    PTS HD Inc. (currently Progress Technologies Inc.) is established in Minato-ku, Tokyo.

    The company and JAFCO Group Co., Ltd. commence a strategic capital investment partnership.

    Progress Technologies Inc. spins off its in-house product development business by creating a new company, LiNKX, Inc.

    Progress Technologies Inc. is integrated into the Group.

2021

    Progress Technologies Inc. opens its Nagoya office in Nishi-ku, Nagoya, Aichi.

    Progress Technologies Inc. opens its Utsunomiya project office in Utsunomiya, Tochigi.

    Progress Technologies Inc. undergoes rebranding and revamps its corporate logo and slogan with a view to transforming into a professional engineering firm.

2022

    Progress Technologies Inc. relocates its Nagoya office to Naka-ku, Nagoya, Aichi.

    Progress Technologies Inc. signs an SIA (system integrator alliance) agreement with Dassault Systèmes K.K.

  • June

    Progress Technologies Inc. launches its new business development office and starts offering simulation and solution services (currently its simulation and virtual testing business), mainly involving the provision of virtual testing environments, using state-of-the-art driving simulators.

2023

    The company changes its trade name from PTS HD Inc. to Progress Technologies Group Inc.

    The company relocates its head office to Koto-ku, Tokyo.

    S&VL Inc. is newly incorporated to succeed the simulation and virtual testing business of Progress Technologies Inc. and is integrated into the Group.
